I'm genuinely both: creative (design thinker, storyteller, producer) and technical (systems builder, programmer, AI builder). I've spent nearly two decades working at that intersection, at places like Meta, Regis Corporation, the State of Washington, Ecolab, and Best Buy. Portland-based, Minneapolis-raised, Austin-seasoned.

I led internal storytelling for Meta's Ads & Business team, traveling the world to meet with hundreds of businesses, policymakers, advocates, and internal leaders. I captured their opportunities and challenges with Facebook and shared their stories with over 7,000 product builders in ways that changed hearts, minds, and roadmaps.

Lately I've been doing what I usually do when the world gets strange: try things. A podcast (Unserious), a creative lab (Rare Earth Creative), and more stickers than anyone asked for.

I'm also a parent, husband, runner, tinkerer, design obsessive, school bento box chef, and pinball enthusiast. I speak decent Vietnamese and have traveled to over 40 countries and counting.
