I'm a creative and technical leader based in Portland, raised in Minneapolis/St. Paul, and seasoned in Austin, TX. I have nearly two decades of experience solving enterprise problems, driving performance, and transforming culture at places like Meta (Facebook), Regis Corporation, Ecolab, and Best Buy.

I led internal storytelling for Meta's Ads & Business team, traveling the world to meet with hundreds of businesses, policymakers, advocates, and internal leaders. I captured their opportunities and challenges with Facebook and shared their stories with product teams in ways that changed hearts, minds, and roadmaps.

In 2024, I co-founded Unserious, a podcast and media group that empowers leaders to build creative, joyful, and collaborative organizations.

I'm also a parent, husband, runner, tinkerer, design obsessive, home chef, podcast producer and host, and pinball enthusiast. I speak decent Vietnamese and have traveled to over 40 countries and counting.
